10 days of RV models, accessories, seminars, and covering over 1 million square feet of display space awaits at the California RV Show in Pomona. RVIA, the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association and RV Manufacturers own and sponsor the annual event.
While local RV shows around the country have a sample of 2008 models and a few experienced industry staff on hand, the California RV Show has over 2,000 RVs on display and many people to assist with questions and offer insider deals on new RVs, financing and upgrades. This particular RV show is the largest and most comprehensive event for the industry on the west coast.
This event includes educational and entertaining seminars, sweepstakes with prizes, live music, and appearances by area radio DJs, as well as 40,000 square feet to display new accessories and products for your trailer or motorhome.
Even if I'm not in the market for a class A rig, or don't have the $500,000 to buy the best that the RV industry has to offer, it sure is satisfying to walk through and see the leather seats, marble countertops, plasma TVs and a kitchen that could top half of the homes around the country.
Part of the fun in attending RV shows is to see the new products and latest model vehicles and think about the trips the family would enjoy in that new 5th wheel, or how great it would be to retire and travel the country in a luxury Class A motorhome.
Take a moment out of busy fall schedules to check out this or other RV shows in your area - you'll be happy you did!
